Managing a connection: sync, reconnect, disconnect

Resync on demand, fix a stale login, or disconnect. Your trades stay.

Where connections live

Every account you connect shows as a row under Settings, then Connections, on the Auto-sync tab. Each row shows its status and gives you a few controls.

Sync on demand

New trades come in on a schedule on their own, but you can pull the latest any time with Resync now. For a fuller refresh, some accounts also offer Pull full history, which refetches every trade since the account opened. This can take a few minutes and runs in the background.

Reconnect a stale login

If a row says a reconnect is needed, your login details most likely changed on the broker's side. Open the account and reconnect with your current read-only login, and syncing picks back up where it left off.

Disconnect

Disconnect removes the saved login for that account. Your imported trades stay in your journal, so you keep all your history and stats, you just stop pulling new trades from that account. You can reconnect later any time.
