Give a new connection a moment
Right after you connect an account or import a file, trades take a short while to appear. A first connection can take up to about two minutes while your full history loads. After that, new trades come in on a regular schedule on their own. If it has been longer than a few minutes, run through the checks below.
1. Are you on the right account?
Your Trades log shows one account at a time. If you have more than one connected, switch accounts in the sidebar to see the trades that belong to each. After an import, TradeDNA points you at the account you imported into.
2. Widen the date range
The log opens on the last 30D. A trade older than that will not show until you widen the range. Use the range buttons and choose All.
3. Clear your filters
If you have a search term or a filter chip active, like Open or Winners, the log only shows matching trades. Clear the search box and the chips to see everything.
4. Check the connection status
On Settings, then Connections, each account shows its status. If it says a reconnect is needed, your login details likely changed on the broker's side. Open the account and reconnect with your current read-only login, and syncing resumes.
5. Some platforms only sync going forward
A few platforms, including Tradovate and NinjaTrader, stream new trades from the moment you connect but do not carry deep history. To bring older trades in from those, import a statement under the Import files tab.
