Keeping your account and data secure

How your account is protected and how to reset your password or delete your account.

Your account and your data

Your account is protected by your email and password, or by signing in with Google. Your trades, journal, and account details are private to you and stored securely. We never sell your data and we never share your individual trading activity.


Use a strong, unique password, and if you ever think something is off with your account, reach out to the team right away and we will help.


Reset your password

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?, enter your email, and we will send you a reset link. Open it and set a new password, at least eight characters.

Change your email

Email changes are not self-serve yet. If you need to move your account to a different email, send us a message and we will take care of it.


Delete your account

You are always in control of your data. To remove it, go to Settings, then Account, and use Delete account. This permanently deletes your trades, journal entries, trading plans, broker connections, and history, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.
