Requesting a broker we do not support yet

Do not see your broker? Tell us and we will work on adding it.

We add brokers fast

If your broker or prop firm is not on the auto-sync list yet, let us know and we will work on adding it. In the meantime, you can almost always bring your trades in by importing a statement (see Importing trades from a file).


How to request one

Go to Settings, then Connections, open the Auto-sync tab, and choose Add auto-sync account. At the bottom of the platform picker, choose Don't see your broker or prop firm? Request it.

What to tell us

The more exact the details, the faster we can wire it up:

  • Whether it is a retail broker or a prop firm.

  • The market and the platform it runs on.

  • The broker or prop firm name.

  • Your server name, if you know it. This one helps most.

Then choose Send request. If your broker turns out to be supported already, the form tells you right there so you can connect it on the spot.

What happens next

We post in the community the moment your broker is ready to connect, so you know right away.
