A coach's read on your week
Helix writes you a short brief on every trading week, built from your own trades, your journal, and your rule flags. It is a couple of plain paragraphs on what actually happened, the key numbers, and one thing to act on before the next week opens. A monthly brief does the same across the whole calendar month.
You will find them on the Dashboard. The Helix card has a Day, Week, and Month toggle in its header. Day is the everyday read you already know. Flip to Week or Month for the briefs. A small dot on Week means a new brief is waiting for you.
Inside a weekly brief
A status pill sums the week up: Steady, Watch, At risk, or Quiet on a week with nothing in it. The pill comes straight from your numbers, never from opinion.
A short narrative written to you, grounded only in what your week's data shows.
Quick-number chips: trades, P&L, win rate against the week before, rule flags, journal coverage, and a clean streak when you have one running.
One thing for next week: one pointed close with its own button. Depending on the week it might read Journal that day, Review the flagged trades, or, on a clean and fully journaled week, Walk it through with Helix.
Use the arrows on either side of the date range to step back through past weeks. The brief also keeps itself current: when a new trade or journal entry lands in the week, it rewrites itself the next time you open it. And Discuss with Helix hands the whole brief to a chat when you want to dig in.
If you have no playbook yet
Rules are only tracked while a playbook is attached. Without one, the brief never calls your week clean, because there were no rules to keep. You will see a No playbook chip in place of a flag count, and the close becomes Set up your playbook with Helix, so next week is graded against real rules. The Sunday email is just as honest: its Rules line reads No playbook yet. See Playbooks and prop-firm challenges for how plans work.
The month view
Month is the same read stretched over a calendar month: a slightly longer narrative, the same chips with streaks counted in months, and a close labeled One thing for next month. Step back through past months with the same arrows.
The Sunday email
With the Weekly brief email on, your brief lands in your inbox on Sunday evening, your local time, before the new week opens. It leads with the narrative and the status pill, puts the close on its own button (Journal it now, Review the flags, Protect the streak, or Set up your playbook), and follows with The numbers, your week's stats at a glance. See your full brief takes you back to the Dashboard. And on the first email of a new month, a Monthly roll-up line links the month you just finished.
A week with no trades sends nothing. Manage the email under Settings, then Notifications, with the Weekly brief toggle. If Telegram is linked, the brief reaches you there too. See Notifications and alerts.
