TradeDNA has three plans:

Custom plans and prop-firm challenge tracking are on every plan. The ready-made plays in the Playbooks Browse library need the Quant plan.

You can pay monthly or save with annual billing, and you can change or cancel any time.

New TradeDNA subscribers get one seven-day free trial when they start their first personal plan on the website. The trial starts after you finish onboarding, choose Starter, Pro, or Quant, and add a payment method. You pay $0 today and receive the full access included in the plan you selected. Checkout shows the exact monthly or annual renewal amount and renewal date before you confirm. If you enter a valid promotion code in checkout, its discount applies to the first paid invoice after the trial. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid a charge. Former personal subscribers do not receive a repeat trial when restarting a plan. App Store and Play Store subscriptions do not include an introductory trial in this offer.

Some links shared by the TradeDNA team or an affiliate begin membership right away instead. Those links open the same TradeDNA website, but the plan cards say Start now and show the exact amount due today. There is no free trial or promotion-code box on that checkout. Your access begins after your payment is confirmed.

Your plan works in the app and on the website when you sign in to the same TradeDNA account. Manage the subscription through the same channel where you bought it.

Go to Settings, then Plan & billing. The page shows where each active subscription was purchased and where to manage it.

For a plan bought on the TradeDNA website, you can:

An upgrade normally takes effect right away. A downgrade or billing-period change can begin at your next renewal, and the billing page shows the scheduled change.

For a plan bought through the App Store, choose Manage subscription in the app. Your device opens the subscription settings where you can change the plan, change the renewal period, or cancel. If you are signed in on the website, the App Store plan appears as read-only and your access still works.

On a new device or after reinstalling the app, open Plan & billing and choose Restore purchases. Sign in to the same TradeDNA account that was used when the purchase started.

If the purchase is linked to another active TradeDNA account, sign in to that account or contact support from Settings. TradeDNA never moves a live purchase silently between accounts.

For a website plan, open Plan & billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep access through the period you already paid for, and your journal and history stay safe in case you come back. If you change your mind before the period ends, choose Resume subscription.

For an App Store plan, choose Manage subscription and cancel in your device subscription settings. Deleting your TradeDNA account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel it separately if you do not want it to renew. TradeDNA still lets you delete the account immediately after you acknowledge that billing is managed separately.

For an App Store charge, submit the refund request through Report a Problem. Refund eligibility and status are handled by the App Store under its terms and local consumer law.

TradeDNA checks your existing access before opening either purchase flow. If you already have a plan, manage that plan instead of starting another one.

​

In the rare case two charges become active at the same time, Plan & billing shows both sources. Keep the subscription you want and cancel the other one. Your access continues while either subscription remains active.
